- Unoccupied / Multiproperty / External Visits: Whether you own multiple properties, a vacation home, or a rental that’s currently unoccupied, we make regular visits to check on the property, handle light upkeep, and make sure everything is in order.
- Neighborhood Presence: We can regularly walk or drive through your neighborhood as an added presence, helping to notice and report anything unusual while promoting a well-tended, lived-in feel for the community.
